Project overview

JLL, representing Westfield, partnered with Merson Digital to deliver a robust, revenue-generating signage solution across the Centrale and Whitgift shopping centres. These high-footfall destinations required a solution that could enhance their digital advertising strategy without disrupting ongoing retail operations.

The brief was to implement a consistent and cost-effective network of digital totems across both sites. Each unit needed to support third-party media players, endure heavy daily usage, and integrate seamlessly into the existing environment, all within a tight installation window.
