We have a long-standing relationship with London Heathrow, having worked on projects within and outside their terminals. Our rail sector experience made us the ideal choice for new digital signage for their train links. Signs were needed to direct passenger flow across Terminals 4, 5, and the Central Terminal Area to the free train service between terminals and into London City Centre. Over a two-year framework agreement, we designed, manufactured, and installed various digital wayfinding signs and screens to direct passengers to their terminals and gates. Collaborating with Mitie, Pascal and Watson, IT companies, and Heathrow Rail (HEX), we ensured seamless communication and precise project management to minimise disruption and meet all requirements efficiently.
